- Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization – The Supreme Court came to the wrong conclusion that the Constitution does not provide women the right to abortion. This has allowed States to regulate abortion and women’s actions without considering rape, incest, and in most cases the health of the woman.
- Donald Trump v. United States – The Supreme Court, wrongly and stupidly, decided that Presidents are immune to criminal prosecution for “official acts” or acts committed while in office. This creates a President that easily commit a felony and be immune to punishment because they did while in office. A President could murder someone while in office and be immune because they did it during a cabinet meeting. Only Kings are immune to prosecution and AMERICA HAS NO KINGS.

Kismet Coalition offers the following equations as the new tax system. X is your income, and Y is the taxes owed. 1 simple equation. No deductions allowed. No extra math needed. Anyone with an income LESS THAN $15,800 will pay ZERO taxes. It will be individual, no married or head of household filing statuses. For some People, their taxes will go down. For others, taxes will go up. HOWEVER, Kismet Coalition aims to reduce the People’s expenses in other ways, such as Guarantee Healthcare, better public transport, and more.
The equations may not be perfect, but Kismet Coalition is open to criticism/advice on how it can be improved. There is also a conversation to had about business taxes and how the Rich evade taxes in the first place.
Healthcare is a basic necessity of the People. Kismet Coalition aims for a Guaranteed Healthcare System that does not overwork it’s employees and works to solve the People’s health problems. Not kick them down the road. No longer will the People be required to work just to get healthcare. If you need healthcare and are in the USA, you will receive it. The system will be paid by the People, through taxes. Employers will no longer provide healthcare. The People will no longer pay their employer for healthcare.
Hospitals, clinics, emergency vehicles, practices, medical research facilities (health research facilities), and medical production facilities will be owned by the Federal Government Department of Health. The Health Department of each State will be required to operate the medical system within each State. Each State and the Federal government will be required to uphold a list of standards. If a either fails to uphold those standards, workers at the Healthcare Facility, leaders at the Healthcare Facility, leaders in the Health Department, Governor, Governor’s cabinet, leaders at Department of Health, the President, and President’s Cabinet will be prosecuted accordingly. At no point will the Department of Health have direct supervision of the States’ Health Department. As such, The following are the standards:
- It shall be illegal to reject healthcare service to anyone for any reason. In the cases that a facility cannot serve the patient due to lack of equipment or expertise, the patient shall be transferred/ferried to a facility that can.
- ALL health insurance companies will rendered illegal. ALL health insurance companies who have denied payment to life saving medication or procedures will be prosecuted for premeditated murder. ALL individuals who have EVER been on the Board of Directors at a health insurance company will be prosecuted for premeditated murder. ALL managers who have EVER worked at a health insurance company will be prosecuted for premeditated murder. Their punishment will be: seizure of ALL assets, auction of ALL assets, 15yrs in prison for board members, 10yrs in prison for managers, no parole and no visitations, the companies’ assets will be federalized and employees will be transferred to State Health Departments to support the medical system. Prosecution will be handled at the Federal level, and the earnings from the auctions will be given to the families of the deceased. If the deceased had no next of kin, the earnings will be used to fund medical research facilities.
- Healthcare shall be defined as preventing, diagnosing, healing, adjusting, correcting, or treating a physical and/or mental ailment, illness, disease, disorder, disability, impairment, and/or injury.
- A healthcare facility shall be defined as a facility that can or does provide healthcare.
- The names and specialization of certified doctors/practitioners shall be provided online and be available in person. Surgeries, emergencies, and services a facility can render shall be provided online and be available in person. This shall prevent facilities and employees from discriminating against patients seeking care.
- Hospitals shall be classified as facilities that can process emergency situations 24/7, regardless of what the emergency is.
- Clinics shall be classified as facilities that can provide only general or preventative care by certified/registered practitioners. Services such as physicals, vaccinations, and sickness remedies.
- Emergency vehicles shall be classified as vehicles that transport People who are in need of emergency healthcare or transport objects intended for use in emergency healthcare.
- Practices shall be defined as facilities with equipment and/or expertise intended only for a specific body part, ailment, illness, disease, disorder, disability, impairment, or injury.
- Medical research facilities shall be defined as facilities that use scientific methods to produce knowledge about human diseases, the prevention and treatment of illness, and the promotion of health.
- Medical production facilities shall be defined as facilities that manufacture objects for use in healthcare.
- It shall be illegal for the anyone or anything within the Federal Government to dictate what is and isn’t a physical and/or mental ailment, illness, disease, disorder, disability, impairment, or injury. Such things will dictated by the medical society at large.
- The Federal Government will provide the State Health Department funding for healthcare directly from taxes collected.
- It shall be illegal for the Federal Government to decide how much each State can spend on healthcare.
- It shall be illegal for the Federal Government to appoint any uncertified/unregistered personnel to leadership rolls within the Department of Health.
- It shall be illegal for the State Government to appoint any uncertified/unregistered personnel to leadership rolls withing the State Health Department.
- The States cannot collect payment or taxes on services rendered at healthcare facilities.
- County Health Departments will submit budget requirements to the State Health Departments who shall submit to the Governor and the Governors shall approve the budget. The budget will then be submitted to the Department of Health and included in the annual Federal budget. The budget for Department of Health cannot be modified by Senate, House of Representatives, or the President.
- It shall be illegal for the Governor of any State to instruct the State Health Department to increase spending or decrease spending.
- It shall be the legal responsibility of the leadership at County and State Health Departments to adjust, modify, correct, and/or negotiate the budget. If the County and State cannot agree to a budget, leadership at both departments will be removed and replaced. Removal and replacement will take precedent over the 6month minimum term length.
- Leadership for the County and State Departments will be chosen at random using a lottery system. All certified/registered personnel will be included in the lottery, regardless of want or desire. Leadership will have a 6month minimum term length before being allowed to retire from the position and it shall be illegal for any leader to work more than 4yrs. Because leadership is chosen at random, there will be no term limits.

- Repealing the Taft–Hartley Act of 1947. This act has done nothing but weaken the Labor Unions of the People. It made solidarity strikes illegal. It allowed States to pass “Right-to-Work” laws. These “Pile-of-Shit” laws have allowed businesses to slowly bleed Unions dry until they no longer existed. It prevented the People to strike when they needed to by making Unions give 80-days notice first. It has allowed businesses to vomit “unions are bad” while abusing the Worker. Repealing this act ensures that the People are not abused or mistreated in acts of Labor.
- Kismet Coalition believes that no Union should be illegal. This also extends to police unions, teacher unions, healthcare unions, and more. Police across the nation need to be reformed, but removing the Rights of the People who are police to Unionize is not how reform should or will happen.
